Ahlalia El Khalfioui is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of R/A Wealth Advisors. She is responsible for the firm’s strategy, the international expansion of its network, and the development of new client relationships and strategic partnerships. Combining an entrepreneurial mindset, creativity and a strong client focus, Ahlalia has built extensive experience in the investment industry, advising family offices and developing tailored solutions for complex financial and strategic questions.

Ahlalia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Leiden University and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam.

As Chief Executive Officer of R/A Wealth Advisors, she leads the firm’s strategic growth, international business development and relationship management, while strengthening its global network of clients and partners.

Clients primarily engage Ahlalia for cross-border partnerships, family office relationships, strategic positioning, and the development of innovative solutions that support their long-term objectives.
