Ruud Hendriks has over 35 years of experience in the asset management industry. As the Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of R&A Wealth Advisors, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s strategy.

Before co-founding R&A Wealth Advisors, Ruud held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President at Robeco and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He has also served as a senior advisor at KKR and Man Group. Currently, he advises a private bank, and Add Value, a small-cap investment fund, while also supporting family offices.

Ruud holds a master’s degree in Private Law from the Free University of Amsterdam. His extensive experience and strategic insights are instrumental in addressing the evolving and complex needs of our clients.
