Norbert Bol is a C-level expert in the investment management industry with a broad experience in manager selection. His career is characterized by finding and executing new business cases around the globe. His roots are in real assets, but in understanding investor needs he has also operated for six years as director of investments for all asset classes. Later he co-founded a real asset investment consulting company as a new business unit for a listed engineering company. In 2021 he started his own consultancy firm Building Values where he advises investors and government agencies on business cases where social, ecological and economical elements reinforce each other.

Norbert has a bachelor degree in architectural engineering and a master degree in business administration. In his role as External Manager Selection Partner for R/W Wealth Advisors, Norbert shall select robust investment managers with a proven track record on executing business cases according to client needs.
