Loren Helmig is a Dubai-based real estate entrepreneur. Loren is a client manager and advises and brokers prime residential real estate across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Previously, Loren worked with leading advisers in Amsterdam, including JLL and CBRE, and has spent the past seven years guiding entrepreneurs, expatriates and institutional investors on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio strategy across the Netherlands and the UAE. Commercially minded, relationship-driven and globally oriented, he has built a strong network by consistently delivering value and exceeding expectations.

Loren holds an MSc in Global Business Management from Nyenrode Business University and a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Westminster.
